You can try your product for up to 365 days after delivery. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return and receive a refund.

Returns
Returns are at your own expense.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received.
Product Condition
Returned products should be in good condition and include all original parts and packaging where possible.
Products that show excessive damage or misuse may not qualify for a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Products

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
After this period, the order may already be processed and cancellation may no longer be possible.
If the order has already been shipped, you can still return the product according to our 365-day return guarantee.
